Executive DirectorWith over two decades of work experience, Keat Meng is a trusted name in expatriate talent management and immigration advisory, supporting organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes with confidence.
He has held key leadership roles within a government approving agency as Head of Unit in Malaysia Expatriate Talent Service Centre, Head of Visa Support and Customer Experience in a renowned Private International School. Among some of his roles were to oversee immigration frameworks, facilitating foreign talent entry, and supporting policy execution. Keat Meng was also a Director in one of the Big 4 Firm, advising multinational corporations on workforce mobility, immigration compliance, advisory piece and strategic planning, end to end process for both foreign and local entity setting their businesses in Malaysia, including the processing and issuance of Employment Passes for Expatriates.
With strong government relations and deep regulatory insight, Keat Meng is known for delivering practical, strategic solutions in complex immigration matters.
Outside of work, Keat Meng is passionate about well-being, participates in Full Marathon annually, enjoys cooking and biking.

Executive DirectorCarolyn Ann is a seasoned immigration professional with over 15 years of experience specialising in Malaysia inbound immigration. With deep expertise and a strong track record, she has successfully advised multinational corporations on complex immigration matters, regulatory compliance, and cross-border workforce mobility.
Her career is enriched by regional exposure across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, having worked alongside several Big 4 and leading international immigration firms. This experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of both local and regional immigration frameworks, enabling her to deliver strategic, practical, and results-driven solutions to clients.
Carolyn Ann is known for her hands-on guidance, client-centric approach, and commitment to excellence through her approachable, friendly, and warm personality. She believes that trust and clarity are at the heart of every successful engagement that brings the confidence to organisations navigating evolving immigration landscapes, ensuring seamless and compliant talent mobility.
